- Repointed the entire brick exterior wall, chimneys and water proofing entire exterior wall in 2008.
- Oil Burner: Replaced with top of line Weil McLain burner in Oct. 2005.
- Superior Energy replaced and updated a good number of valves, water pump control trigger mechanism and the floater shutoff mechanism in the water return reservoir in Jan 2018.
- Replaced original oil storage tanks in basement with two brand new, stainless steel, 250 Gal capacity each tankers in 2016, work done by Superior Energy.
- Installed radiant Heating system under kitchen tile floor in 2005
Central Air Conditioning System and Electrical and Cable
- AC system was installed and maintained by Regan Heating & Cooling, central AC covers entire 2nd floor and living and dinning rooms on 1st floor. Separate wall mount unit installed in kitchen in 2007.
- Electrical System updated in 2005, with kitchen remodeling,
- House is wired for Verizon FIOS service with cable TV, WiFi internet and land-line telephone capabilities.
Kitchen & Bath
- Kitchen (including Laundry room) was gutted to studs and totally remodeled in 2005 by Housewights/Daniel Mclaughlin and all wood work by Jutras Woodworking, including build in book shelves and entertainment center.
- Appliances: Miele: include range, oven, warmer, exhaust fan hood, cooktop and washer, dryer. Subzero wine cooler, Fisher& Paykel refrigerator.
- Master Bathroom were gutted and remodeled in 2008, 2nd bathroom on 2nd floor were gutted and remodeled in 2007, both by Housewights/Daniel Mclaughlin
Windows and Insulation
- All windows are custom made modern double insulated, installed between 2002 to 2005 by Housewights/Daniel Mclaughlin.
- New insulation were installed in the walls of master bath, 2nd bath, kitchen, laundry room when we did remodeling in 2005 and 2008. Insulation in entire attic and garage ceiling were installed between 2002 to 2006
Roofing and Gutter, Water Proofing
- Slate roof and bronze gutters are maintained by JG Vandal Roofing in Seekonk, MA
- Installed new metal water proofing flashings under slate roof around the roof perimeter and all three patios in 2014.
- Roof and gutter inspected, cleaned and maintained by JG Vandal in Dec 2018.
- New top of the line garage opening/closing system installed in 2016.
Garden, Patio & Sprinkler System
- Patio in backyard rebuild in 2003.
- Flower beds kept by owner, with about 30 Peonies planted.
- Automatic Sprinkler System installed and maintained by Galaxy Sprinkler.
- Both patio doors and fences by Walpole Fence, with special low maintenance composite material that lasts “Forever”
- First floor repainted (& 2nd floor hallway) February 2019
